RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you need to make a return, follow these steps to get the necessary help from HOLIDAYS CARIBE staff.
You can request a refund of the amount paid to the same Credit / Debit Card by requesting it in English or Spanish at HOLIDAYS CARIBE Customer Service by sending an email to info@holidayscaribe.com Returns requested in any other way will be ignored.
For the avoidance of doubt, we clearly stipulate that no refunds will be processed for services provided / used, Hotel Reservations and/or Air Tickets are subject to Regulations stipulated by each provider. HOLIDAYS CARIBE reserves the right to deny and / or Cancel your account definitively for repetitive Returns. Any abuse of this practice will be grounds for the definitive Cancellation of this Contract. All payments of more than 7 days old can not be refunded.
